It’s with deep regret that we are forced to inform you that our company is obliged to resolve the purchase contract of company branch stipulated at that time with Abrasix S.p.A (now in agreement with Creditors).

Such decision has been urgently taken because of the fact the we have found out that one of the main production machinery could not be used, not possessing the necessary authorizations to its operation.

The above very serious episode, moreover, is the last one of a series of finalized activities to prevent us to pursue the economic initiative that, with great personal and financial efforts, we have in any case tried to follow through.

The company branch has been therefore given back to Abrasix S.p.A  in Agreement with Creditors, with which you will be able to directly take contact for the eventual prosecution of the commercial relationship.
